SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping is free on all orders £25 or more (or just £2.50 if under that amount). All items are sent 1st class Royal Mail in a sturdy postage box which is even letterbox friendly! All orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri will be popped in the post the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be posted first thing Monday morning. UK shipping only.
(please note - the shipping confirmation email mentions a tracking number which isn't actually the case - am working to get this fixed asap)
SENDING A GIFT - If you'd like the jewellery sent to an alternative address (complimentary gift card included), then please pop a note in the 'message to seller' box on the shopping cart page. You can then contact me via Facebook or email (lolabellesjewellery@outlook.com) as soon as you've placed the order with details of where to send and your personalised message if required. Alternatively you are welcome to contact me prior to ordering to discuss any requirements you might have.
EASY RETURNS
We really hope you love your new jewellery, but if you do need to return something then it's no problem at all. Please contact us ASAP and within 30 days of delivery. A return code will be issued which you'll need to pop on the parcel when returning. We would always recommend using a recorded return method however the choice is yours. Any return costs will of course be refunded if the return is due to a faulty item (we really hope this never happens though)
Just let us know when you contact us whether you'd like a replacement or refund and it will be sent as soon as the return has been received.
Unfortunately earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
100% SECURE ORDERING
All orders are processed via PayPal so you don't have to worry about any of your personal details being compromised. If for any reason you don't have a PayPal account then there is an option to 'checkout as guest' when you click through to PayPal - all major cards accepted.
QUALITY
All of our products are 925 sterling silver. You will see the 925 stamp on each and every item. Depending on the item it may be on the back, on in the inside, on the clasp or on the butterfly back. It'll be there somewhere though for sure!
(please note the split ring on the pendants for pets are silver plated due to size required to fit on a d-ring)
PRIVACY POLICY
Personal Information - such as your name, email, address and contact numbers are required to fulfil your order. Payment details are not visible as all orders are processed via PayPal.
What we do with this info - the information is solely required to process your order - the address for posting out, the email address to contact you with any issues and the phone number in case we get lost whilst delivering!
Sharing this info - Lola Belles will never share any of your info unless for some reason its required by law.
Data Retention - Your info will remain on the Lola Belles database but will we not use the information unless needed to and solely related to Lola Belles products.
Socials - If you follow Lola Belles on any of the social media platforrms you can remove yourself at any time by unliking/unfollowing. Lola Belles does not store any information from any of these platforms.
Your rights - You have the right to access any and all information that we hold on you. You can also request to delete/change any information we have on you. If you do wish to change any information we hold please email lolabellesjewellery@outlook.com and we will send a confirmation on this.
